Upper body stretching session
While you don't need any equipment to stretch your lower body (including lower back), you need to hang from- or pull somewhere in order to alleviate the tension your body has created from lifting. Our bands, sling trainer and grips (no matter if wood or plastic ;) ) create a solution you can set up basically everywhere. Try and enjoy!
Last point: We put a focus on stretching/opening your front part (chest, abs) as those areas are further affected by excessive sedentary lifestyle.
